Salons Appointments Policy



Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
  • A valid credit card is also required to hold your appointment time.


Consultations: A non-refundable retainer fee of $35 is required to reserve a consultation time. This amount will be applied to your grand total should you decide to proceed.


Extension Appointments: A non-refundable retainer fee of 50% will be collected upon scheduling your extension appointment. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion of the appointment.


Late Cancellations: A $35 rebooking fee will be charged if you cancel or reschedule within a few hours of your appointment.

  • No Shows: Any appointment canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be considered a no show, resulting in a $50 fee due before your appointment can be rescheduled.
  • Confirmation Notices: As a courtesy, we send text and/or email confirmations 72 hours before your appointment. Please confirm to let us know you will be here! If we are unable to reach you, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid missed appointments and rescheduling fees.

Arrival Policy:

  • Punctuality: If you are late to an appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule. We will do our best to accommodate you, but we encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your service start time. Appointments more than 15 minutes late will incur a cancellation ‘no show’ fee.

Child Safety Policy:

For safety reasons, children are not allowed to accompany you while receiving a service. We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment where hot tools, shears, and chemicals are present. It is important to us that we maintain a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for all our guests.
