Returns and Exchange Policy
No Returns or Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our services and products, we have a strict no return or exchange policy on all services, hair extensions, and products. Most of our hair extensions are sourced from third-party vendors, and each vendor has its own policies. Please note:
- Any hair extensions that have been shipped, worn, damaged, or removed from the original packaging will void all vendors return guarantees.
- Cancellation Policy:
If your extensions are shipped to LXE locations and you decide to cancel the order mid-process, you will be responsible for the remaining balance due before collect the hair in person.
Shipping Process:
- LXE Salons is not responsible for returns or exchanges.
- Vendors typically ship orders within 4 to 10 business days. There may be an additional processing time of 5 to 8 days, depending on your order.
- Expect delays if your order is customized, such delays are often due to special request made at the time of order and can affect the processing time. For faster delivery, we recommend selecting expedited shipping if applicable.
